Our company is an organization dedicated to applied research in the field of agriculture. We continue activities of the former Cereal Research Institute Kroměříž and follow the tradition of agricultural research in Kroměříž dating back to 1951.

Our main focuses are:

In order to create better conditions for the fulfillment of our basic objectives, 2 subsidiary companies have been established. They specialize in particular activities and together with the parent company form a community with a coherent and united management system:

Zemědělský výzkumný ústav Kroměříž, s.r.o. (Agricultural Research Institute Kromeriz, Ltd.) is parent company focused on authorized testing (GEP) and advisory services.

Agrotest fyto s.r.o. (Agrotest Fyto, Ltd.) is a subsidiary company, which is a research organization under the EC Framework (research and knowledge-dissemination organization), focusing primarily on research activities. It performs research tasks and projects and operates accredited Testing Laboratory No. 1463 (ISO 17025).

Agrotrial s.r.o. is a subsidiary company, its main activities are primary agricultural crop production and support of experimental activities - field trials.

All companies guarantee high quality of provided services. The system of quality and environmental control is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

We offer our services to both Czech and foreign entities. We are experienced in performing international research projects (e.g., EU research programs, projects of bilateral cooperation) and providing services to foreign customers.
